Fresh Grilled Red Snapper Tacos with Nopales Tortillas

We have a farmer's market in our town that is hosted in a local marina. Several fisherman sell fresh caught rockfish (snapper), white sea bass, halibut, sand dabs, and spider crabs right from their boats. No supermarket can compete with the freshness of fish caught hours before you buy it.


3 small or 2 large red snapper (or any variety rockfish)
4 lemons -quartered
1 medium tomato -diced
1/4 cup cilantro -chopped
1 avocado -pitted, skinned, and diced
1/4 cup white onion -chopped
2 cups cabbage - chopped
1 dozen nopales tortillas (or corn)
