Italian Chicken with Garlic and Lemon

10 pieces of chicken (skinned with or without bones)
1/2 cup wine vinegar
4 lemons, juiced
8 cloves crushed garlic
2 tablespoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons dried italian seasoning
1 onion, minced
fresh ground pepper to taste


1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2.Arrange the chicken pieces in a large baking dish.
3.Combine the vinegar, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, italian seasoning, onion and pepper and pour this mixture over the chicken.

4.Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours.
 
5. Turn the chicken pieces and cook for an additional 15 mins.
 
Let rest for 5 minutes and serve hot.
