Caesar Salad

My friend Joey got me hooked on this. First at a local restraunt where the dressing was actually "spicey" due the amount of garlic (yum), then at home where he made his "secret" version with a mortar and pestile.

I experimented with some internet versions, and like this combo the best.  Nice and garlicy!!!!

1 cup croutons
1 coddled egg
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 inches anchovy paste
2 tbl lemon juice
3 drops worsteshire
6 tbl olive oil
4 tbl shaved parmasean cheese
fresh ground black pepper
romain lettuce

wisk garlic and anchovy paste together
wisk in egg then lemon juice
wisk in worsteshire and olive oil
add 2 tbl parmasean
add black pepper to taste

Toss with lettuce and croutons.
Top with remaining parmasean.
