Taqueria Style Carne Asada

We eat carne asada frequently around these parts. Thought it would be fun to experiment with a new recipe for making it at home. I looked at several recipes on the internet, got a general idea of the seasonings needed, and came up with this:

beef - flap meat
fresh cilantro
fresh squeezed orange juice
fresh squeezed lemon juice
fresh squeezed lime juice
fresh pressed garlic

ground oregano

crushed oregano
whole cumino seeds - crushed
garlic powder
paprika
chili pepper
olive oil
red wine vinegar
coarse ground salt
fresh ground pepper
